How do I sign in or create an account?

You can sign up with your email and a password, or use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. Your account keeps your progress, favorites, and Premium status in sync across devices. If you forget your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.

I can't sign in. What should I do?

First, check your internet connection and make sure you are using the same method (email, Google, or Apple) you originally signed up with. If you still cannot sign in, email us at support@wordpara.com with your registered email address and we will help you regain access.

What is WordPara Premium?

Premium is a one-time, lifetime purchase — not a subscription. It unlocks Lifetime Premium features, including keeping your favorite words. You pay once and keep access; there is nothing to renew or cancel.

How do I purchase Premium?

Open the app and choose the Premium option on the upgrade screen. The purchase is processed securely by Apple through Apple In-App Purchase and charged to your Apple ID. The price is always shown before you confirm.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, and your Lifetime Premium will be restored.

How do I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Visit Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com) or contact Apple Support to request a refund. See our Terms of Use for details.

How do rewards and coins work?

You earn coins as you study and keep your learning streak going. Coins can be redeemed for available rewards in the app, such as products and discount codes. Available rewards and stock can change over time.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from Account > Delete Account inside the app. Your personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized. For full details, see our Delete Account page.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes. We collect only what we need to run the app and protect it with industry-standard safeguards. You can read exactly what we collect and how we use it in our Privacy Policy.
